Our CMMi Process Improvement Model (Software Engineering, Ver. 1.2) implementation was initiated at TUNIS within the scope of a PMI Project, on December 2006, with a view to building a world-class delivery platform.
The Final Onsite Appraisal (i.e. "SCAMPI Class A" Appraisal) was conducted at our office at Tunis, in accordance with the Software Engineering Institute’s publications Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV), Staged Representation, Version 1.2 and in accordance with the Appraisal Requirements for the CMMI (ARC) version 1.2. During December 2009, and our Processes were appraised at the Maturity Level 3.
This historical event represents a significant milestone in our quest for continuous improvement and Customer Satisfaction.
The appraisal is one step towards FOCUS’s aspiration to be rated as an organization with world class software development processes. By adopting the CMMI standards, FOCUS’s processes are smoother and more efficient. Solutions are thus developed faster and are of more superior quality
